Introduction
Hello and welcome to Melon Berry Tea. We are a small group of artists who have banned together to form a small studio of sorts. A kind of side project to help pay for college and various other expenses. In addition to taking custom commissions there is also a main shop that sells various trinkets such as key chains, cell phone charms, buttons, and much more. We opened our doors June 2nd 2011 and are working hard to improve. Your support is much appreciated.General Artist Information
All of our artists commissions and products are for the most part separate. Each artist is in charge of managing their own commissioners however miscellaneous products sold in the store is managed by Whispy. So if you have a question about an open commission please contact that specific artist through their given contact information, please do not mail MBT directly unless it is a question regarding products in the store.F.A.Q
Q:I want a commission from one of your artists, who do I contact?A: All artists should have contact information posted, however if there is no contact information provided for what ever reason please feel free to send your request to "melonberrytea@hotmail.com" with the artist of your choosings name.
Q:I wanted a commission but the artist I want isn't taking any right now, what should I do?
A: You can either wait untill their commissions are open again or commission one of our other talented artists.
Q:My commission didn't turn out how I wanted it exactly, may I have a refund?
A: No, if you weren't specific with your commission details and ended up getting an unfavorable piece of art that unfortunately rests on your head. Not because we don't want to make you happy but freeloaders might take advantage of a free commission just by simply complaining.
So just make sure to throughly express your desires and ask for multiple check points :)
